DEVELOPMENT
In this phase, the Podium team will focus on building and testing the platform. Key milestones in this phase include:
Creating the architecture of the dApp
Developing the call tracking feature
Building the callers leaderboard
Performing testing and quality assurance on the platform
Conducting a security audit to ensure the platform is secure
Launching the platform on the Ethereum network
PLATFORM GROWTH
Once the platform is live on the Ethereum network, the Podium team will shift focus to growing the user base and expanding the platform's capabilities. Key milestones in this phase include:
Launching a marketing campaign to increase user awareness and drive adoption
Adding new features, such as a chat function for users to discuss projects and calls
Expanding the list of callers tracked on the platform
Introducing new metrics to the callers leaderboard to provide even more transparency and insight into each caller's impact
Establishing partnerships with other DeFi projects and platforms to increase exposure and collaboration
PLATFORM ENHANCEMENT
In this phase, the Podium team will focus on improving and enhancing the platform to better serve its users. Key milestones in this phase include:
Introducing a mobile app version of the platform for increased accessibility
Implementing a user feedback system to gather input and suggestions for improvement
Adding more customization options for users to personalize their experience on the platform
Expanding the capabilities of the Buy button to allow for direct purchases of tokens within the platform
Incorporating advanced analytics and data visualization tools to help users better understand the DeFi landscape and make more informed decisions
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
The final phase of the roadmap is focused on building and nurturing the Podium community. Key milestones in this phase include:
Establishing a governance system to allow for community input and decision-making
Introducing staking and reward mechanisms to incentivize users to participate in the platform
Hosting events and webinars to educate and engage the community on DeFi topics
Building out a robust support system to ensure users have access to timely and effective assistance when needed
Continuing to develop and enhance the platform based on community feedback and suggestions
